ABOUT ME

From a very young age my parents tell me I loved people, I grew up in a household of musicians and we had a lot of visitors. Whenever anyone came to the house I wanted to be there to see who they were and be part of whatever was going on, even as a toddler. This interest and love of people has continued throughout my life and helping people to live their best, healthiest and fullest lives has become my focus.

I began with Nurse training at St Thomas' Hospital in London and became a Nightingale Nurse in 1994. Time in a big London hospital taught me so much about the human condition. I witnessed a great deal of illness and suffering with all too frequently little hope or lasting successful treatment, the same people returning again with worsening conditions. I found more and more that I struggled giving out the 'pink pills and the blue pills', particularly to elderly patients who often no longer knew what any of them were for, many of the pills being for side effects of the other medication they were taking. And it was often frowned upon if I spent time simply talking to a patient at their bedside, helping calm them before an operation or supporting them with their grief through terminal illness. I left the wards and had a spell as a Community Nurse in Lambeth which I very much preferred. There, in patient's own homes, I could spend more time getting to know and giving support to people in their own environments. But this too began to change even in the late 1990s, time and resources becoming shorter and less available.

I got married and moved to Wiltshire where I worked at a Mental Health Hospital for three years. But there it was quite possibly even worse. Powerful and often dangerous medication was the only treatment being used and there was almost no sign of improvement in any of the patients at all. It was soul destroying for me as I felt in my core there must be another way.

It wasn't until after having my first child that I discovered Homeopathy. I bought a little kit of 36 remedies and began learning how to use them for the family. The results, even with my limited understanding at the time, were unquestionably clear. My children were never ill for long and we never had to go to the doctor. And I really do mean never.

I had to know and understand how these remedies actually worked. So I began the training in 2006 and completed the 4 year course just before my second child was born in 2010. Now, nearly 15 years on, I am able to give new hope and lasting change in the health and wellbeing of anyone drawn to these natural, gentle yet powerful remedies.

Homeopathic philosophy encompasses both scientific and magical principles beyond our limited human understanding of life.

The proof of its efficacy is in experiencing it.

ETHOS

Homeopathy is the revolutionary natural healing for the new millennium.

As the view of the world is widening to include the energetic plane of existence, the concept of interconnection and the whole being is becoming better understood and accepted. The healing forces of the individual are central in homeopathy where it is inherently understood that the energy or spirit animating our being can either be disturbed leading to sickness, or activated leading to health.

Homeopathy’s effective therapeutic system can be employed to prompt the body’s healing mechanisms leading to deep-seated shifts and change in body, mind and soul.
